The SUN HOTEL is very accessible and extremely exquisite, traditional and romantic venue. Its situated on the borders of North London and is surrounded by many Hertfordshire towns, train stations and major roads. The accessibilty add to the value for potential brides!!

The Hitchin Wedding Show will be your chance to show and sell your product, services, etc...to many bridal customers who will be attending the show.

This is one show that all the brides (as well as exhibiting companies) know they can count on as a first class affair that will offer them anything and everything they need to plan the wedding of their dreams.

Benefits To Your Business:

Exhibitors will be able to sell directly to the public at the show. You are welcome to bring products for immediate sales, sign contracts, accept deposits, etc. just a you would in your own shop.

A complete list of all brides who registered for the door prizes will be available to exhibitors. Within two weeks of the show a walk in list will be sent. The list is correlated by wedding date, and includes names, addresses and phone numbers.

Each exhibitor that has paid in full by the closing date will be listed in our complimentary program given to the brides at registration. All exhibitors are listed by category.

Pre-Show Promotion

The Hitchin Wedding Show will conduct a five part pre-Show promotion. A Direct Mail Promotion will begin 30 days prior to each Show. Advertising usually includes Newspapers, point of purchase displays, Website, and several special campaigns Inc Google

Limited Merchant Participation

How many shows have you been at where there were 35 photographers, 15 caterers, 18 bridal salons, and 20-30 Brida Companies? Brides come away confused from the show, and exhibitors don't generate their sales potential due to too many similar exhibits. The Hitchin Wedding Show has a very strict percentage on categories of merchants.

Post-Show Mailing List

After the show, each merchant will receive a complete listing of the brides who attended the show, including her name, address, telephone number and date of wedding. The Post-Show Mailing List is FREE to every merchant who participates in the show.

Hot Lead Mailing List

Ever wish that after a show you could call just the brides that want to talk to you? Now you can. The Hot Lead Mailing List is produced just like the overall mailing list with one MAJOR difference. Each bride that enters the Hitchin Wedding Show is asked to fill in a questionnaire listing the services she still needs. After the show, the Hitchin Wedding Show produces a list showing what each bride said she needed. If you're a bakery you will receive a hot lead list showing which brides said they still needed a cake; gown shops receive a list showing who still needs a bridal gown, and so on.
